      • A: Unfortunately, custom jewelry orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is placed and payment is complete. Since these pieces are specifically made to your specifications, we cannot resell them.

      • A: If a customer rejects a cash on delivery order and refuses to pay the delivery person, it will result in a permanent ban from using Cash On Delivery option. We kindly request customers to honor their commitment and pay for their orders upon delivery.
