No drastic changes can be made in any customised item as a lot of thought, energy and time has been spent on it.

As we value both our time and yours, we expect to have a video call or phone call for selecting gemstones, crystals, designs and what crystals suit you the most.
Each appointment shall be prepaid and booked 3 days in advance with a list of expectations/questions from our customer.
All customization video calls are chargeable. The Video call will be confirmed only after a payment of ₹800 (for 30 minutes) is completed within the given time frame before the scheduled call.
If you have any design in mind and also know which crystals you want in the design, just message us the design and crystal and we will send a quote right away (free of charge).
