Returns and Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or exchange any product that has been sold. If you wish to know more or see the product's video before you purchase it then please message us on WhatsApp.
  • We take pride in making perfect sizes for our rings and bracelets, providing accurate and true descriptions of each product right here on our website so that you can make an informed decision before finalizing your purchase. We expect the same from our lovely customers to avoid any inconvenience related to sizing, shade of colour of the crystals, etc.
  • An exchange of equal or higher value products is possible in cases where the customer has received a Sanguine Aura product that has been damaged in transit or has received the wrong product altogether. (excess value to be paid separately). Please provide us a video of the unboxing of your Sanguine Aura item to make this claim.
  • An exchange will not be entertained on the basis of “defects” and colour variations in any natural crystal. Natural crystals have natural inclusions and we do our best to choose the most stable and beautiful ones to make our jewellery with. We also choose the most accurate representation of any crystal jewellery item, in case the same piece of jewellery is made in a lot and has multiple sister designs.
  • Before we begin making any customized item, we will require complete pre-payment. Once the customized piece of jewellery is ready, no further changes can be made. We take the utmost care while making customized pieces exactly the way our customers want with a detailed conversations regarding the design, size and choice of metals and crystals used in your personalized jewellery which is why we cannot accept cancellations at any point or changes suggested once the piece is ready

Warranty & Repairs :

  • All Sanguine Aura products come with a warranty of 6 months for repairs and 3 days (from date of delivery) for exchange. Which means that if you receive any product that has been damaged in transit or have any manufacturing defect in the metal parts of the jewellery item then can be returned to the workshop for repairs or exchanged (within 3 days of delivery) for severe irreparable defects. For these repairs the delivery of all returns are to be managed by the customer, Sanguine Aura and its employees are in no way liable for any missing return packages during the transit process.

Note: Silver jewellery is not covered under free repairs. If any silver parts are being replaced/repaired and if any silver is added to the jewellery then additional charges will incur. The charges will be dependent on the current price of
silver and the craftsmanship involved in making silver wires.

  • Please contact us at support@sanguineaura.in before you send the product back. We shall inspect the product and let you know if it is eligible for a repair or not.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of this repair.
  • If you are approved, then we require 4-8 days to repair the product and return it to you. The return shipping cost would also have to be borne by the customer.

Return Eligibility

Due to the handcrafted and energetic nature of our jewelry, Sanguine Aura does not accept returns unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
However, many return requests arise not from product issues but from delivery refusal. Please read the following carefully.

Returns Due to Customer Refusal or Failed Delivery

Orders returned to us because of the following reasons are considered customer-initiated returns and are not eligible for refunds:

  • Refusing to accept the parcel.

  • Assuming faster delivery than the stated timelines.

  • Refusing the parcel because it was not delivered by a preferred courier/delivery executive.

  • Providing incomplete, vague, or incorrect addresses.

  • Being unavailable during delivery attempts.

  • Not answering courier calls for address confirmation.

Strict No-Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is dispatched and the customer declines or fails to accept delivery, the order will be marked as fulfilled and closed, and no refund will be processed.

Reshipping Policy

Returned parcels will not be re-shipped for free.
If you wish to receive the item again, you will need to place a new order, including fresh shipping charges.

Understanding Delivery Timelines

Our timelines are clearly provided on the Delivery & Shipping page:

  • Processing: 2–5 business days

  • Transit: 2–10 business days

Refunds will not be issued in cases where customers have assumed a shorter delivery window than what is stated.
