Handmade with Love:
All products available through Sanguine Aura are lovingly handmade, making each piece unique. While we photograph our products in the best lighting without any edits, slight variations may occur from the representational images. Please note that images may not fully capture the vibrancy of the crystals/gems/stones.
Nature’s Gems:
Our jewelry features natural crystals/gems/stones unless otherwise stated. We refrain from using lab-grown alternatives, except for ‘crystal’ cubic zircon. The wires used in our jewelry are either made of pure copper, 940+ purity fine silver, or brass alloy.
Handle with Care:
Our creations, handcrafted by our skilled employees, are delicate and considered works of art. Please handle them with care, avoiding excessive force or pressure, as the wires are pliable and may bend out of shape. Crystals/gems/stones can also break if accidentally dropped or tossed against a hard surface. Caution while handling and wearing the product is crucial, as we cannot exchange or refund products under such circumstances.
Warranty & Repairs:
All Sanguine Aura products come with a 12-month warranty and free repairs. The warranty covers products with severe manufacturing defects. Please note that after 7 days from the date of purchase/delivery, products will not be exchanged or eligible for a refund under the warranty. For free repairs, customers are responsible for the cost of delivery to and from the service station. Please note that size adjustments to rings, bracelets, anklets, or necklace chains are not included in free repairs.

“Sanguine Aura” is trademarked and will soon be registered in India, adding to its unique identity and commitment to quality.

“Sanguine Aura,” “us,” “we,” or “our” refers to the owner of the website, with the registered/operational office at 552, Sindh Hsg. Soc., Baner road, Aundh Pune, Maharashtra, 411007. “You” refers to the user or viewer of our website.
