This handmade pendant features a soft, sky-blue Angelite crystal, gracefully set in brass craftsmanship and paired with a matching brass chain. Known as a stone of serenity and divine connection, Angelite carries a gentle, soothing energy that calms the spirit and nurtures compassion. Certificates

Certificates :

All of our crystals are bought from certified sources and analyzed by gemologists before they even reach our workshop.

We still get certificates from labs for Rubies, Emeralds and Sapphires as there is a greater risk of getting a dupe of these specific gemstones.

If you require a certificate for any gemstone (at an additional charge) or require a copy of the lab certificates we have of rubies, emeralds and sapphires, please contact us via WhatsApp (to avoid data theft and certificate fraud we don't share the certificate copies before a purchase is made). We also request you to approach us as soon as the purchase is complete before your parcel is dispatched as we cannot send a gemstone to a lab for individual certificate once we dispatch the item (if we don't already have the certificate).

Authentic Sterling Silver :

We buy raw silver and get silver wires customized in varying percentages of silver and copper for different designs. Rest assured, All of the silver wires we make and use are of 925 grade or of even higher purity (some are of 999 grade).

After each batch of Silver wire is made, we get it tested at a certified and trusted assaying center.

If you require a copy of the silver authenticity certificates please contact us via WhatsApp (to avoid data theft and certificate fraud we don't share the certificate copies on the website).

Chain Details

A matching chain of 18 inches to 24 inches (fixed length) is provided with every pendant that is purchased.

Material of chain with material of pendant:

  • Copper pendant : Copper chain (bare or oxidized, depending on the pendant) or black cord (for Manovriti collection).
  • Brass pendant : Brass chain.
  • Silver pendant : Black cord with brass hook unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in the description.

Contact Us via WhatsApp if you would like to purchase a matching Sterling Silver chain along with your Silver pendant. Please contact us after the purchase of silver pendant is completed.

For any other customizations (extra charges applied) to the chain, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or exchange any product that has been sold. If you wish to know more or see the product's video before you purchase it then please message us on WhatsApp.
  • We take pride in making perfect sizes for our rings and bracelets, providing accurate and true descriptions of each product right here on our website so that you can make an informed decision before finalizing your purchase. We expect the same from our lovely customers to avoid any inconvenience related to sizing, shade of colour of the crystals, etc.
  • An exchange of equal or higher value products is possible in cases where the customer has received a Sanguine Aura product that has been damaged in transit or has received the wrong product altogether. (excess value to be paid separately). Please provide us a video of the unboxing of your Sanguine Aura item to make this claim.
  • An exchange will not be entertained on the basis of “defects” and colour variations in any natural crystal. Natural crystals have natural inclusions and we do our best to choose the most stable and beautiful ones to make our jewellery with. We also choose the most accurate representation of any crystal jewellery item, in case the same piece of jewellery is made in a lot and has multiple sister designs.
  • Before we begin making any customized item, we will require complete pre-payment. Once the customized piece of jewellery is ready, no further changes can be made. We take the utmost care while making customized pieces exactly the way our customers want with a detailed conversations regarding the design, size and choice of metals and crystals used in your personalized jewellery which is why we cannot accept cancellations at any point or changes suggested once the piece is ready

Warranty & Repairs :

  • All Sanguine Aura products come with a warranty of 6 months for repairs and 3 days (from date of delivery) for exchange. Which means that if you receive any product that has been damaged in transit or have any manufacturing defect in the metal parts of the jewellery item then can be returned to the workshop for repairs or exchanged (within 3 days of delivery) for severe irreparable defects. For these repairs the delivery of all returns are to be managed by the customer, Sanguine Aura and its employees are in no way liable for any missing return packages during the transit process.

Note: Silver jewellery is not covered under free repairs. If any silver parts are being replaced/repaired and if any silver is added to the jewellery then additional charges will incur. The charges will be dependent on the current price of
silver and the craftsmanship involved in making silver wires.

  • Please contact us at support@sanguineaura.in before you send the product back. We shall inspect the product and let you know if it is eligible for a repair or not.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of this repair.
  • If you are approved, then we require 4-8 days to repair the product and return it to you. The return shipping cost would also have to be borne by the customer.

Return Eligibility

Due to the handcrafted and energetic nature of our jewelry, Sanguine Aura does not accept returns unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
However, many return requests arise not from product issues but from delivery refusal. Please read the following carefully.

Returns Due to Customer Refusal or Failed Delivery

Orders returned to us because of the following reasons are considered customer-initiated returns and are not eligible for refunds:

  • Refusing to accept the parcel.

  • Assuming faster delivery than the stated timelines.

  • Refusing the parcel because it was not delivered by a preferred courier/delivery executive.

  • Providing incomplete, vague, or incorrect addresses.

  • Being unavailable during delivery attempts.

  • Not answering courier calls for address confirmation.

Strict No-Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is dispatched and the customer declines or fails to accept delivery, the order will be marked as fulfilled and closed, and no refund will be processed.

Reshipping Policy

Returned parcels will not be re-shipped for free.
If you wish to receive the item again, you will need to place a new order, including fresh shipping charges.

We use logistics partners like RapidShyp and Envia to manage all our orders rely on them for their impeccable background checks, privacy policy and logistics involved in shipping all our items.

With our focus on your convenience, while real-time shipping is currently unavailable, we offer a flat rate of Rs.69 on orders under Rs.1000. Any excess or shortfall will be handled by us, contributing to our user-friendly website enhancement. Rest assured, you won’t incur additional charges from the shipping company. Your satisfaction is our priority!

At the moment, live order tracking is unavailable on our website. However, every customer will receive tracking details via email after their order is shipped, allowing easy tracking of their package.

To ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability, all packages are shipped via the surface mode using the best-rated shipping company from RapidShyp or Envia. Our Processing time is between 1 to 5 days and delivery time after dispatch ranges from 2-8 business days based on location and courier hours. If express delivery (via air mode) is desired, kindly mention it in the notes or email us at shipping@sanguineaura.in after payment. We’ll strive to fulfill your request, but please note that express shipping incurs additional charges, independent of the order’s total amount.

We typically rely on reputed shipping companies like Ecom Express, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and Xpressbees through RapidShyp and Envia. They are renowned for secure, swift, and efficient nationwide package deliveries. Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to this group of shipping companies, including adding or subtracting options, for continuous improvement and better service to our valued customers.

Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Each Sanguine Aura piece is handcrafted with intention.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
Delivery timelines of 2–10 business days begin only after your order has been shipped, and vary based on your location, pincode serviceability, and courier workload.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Incomplete, vague or incorrect addresses (missing building names, flat numbers, locality details, or inaccurate pincodes) may lead to delays or non-delivery.
Couriers may contact you for address confirmation—please ensure your phone number is reachable.

Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

If you are not available to receive the parcel, or if calls from the courier go unanswered, delivery may be delayed or marked as undeliverable.
Once dispatched, the parcel is handled by our courier partners and delivery attempts are made at their discretion.

Refusing Delivery / Non-Delivery Due to Customer Action

Refusal to accept the parcel, unavailability at the time of delivery, or non-delivery caused by incomplete addresses or missed courier calls will be treated as a customer-initiated return.

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued for prepaid orders.

  • No free reattempts or reshipping will be arranged.

  • A new order must be placed if you wish to receive the product again.

Courier Preferences

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your handcrafted jewelry.
However, customers cannot request a specific courier service or delivery executive.
Orders refused because a preferred courier or delivery person did not deliver do not qualify for refunds or free reshipping.
